1. How to change details in an account?
To change details in your account, go to My Account. This will redirect to where you can change your personal information, address details, and view your orders.
2. How to delete MissLove account?
We are sorry you want to delete your account. Please email our MissLove Jewelry Customer Service Centre at support@MissLove.com. and request that your MissLove account be deleted. Please ensure that you send the email from the email address linked to the MissLove account so we can verify that it is a genuine request.
3. Why does my purchased product look different to the image pictured on the MissLove Store?
The product photography displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible but details such as the exact shade of color of the stone can vary slightly due to lighting conditions and picture processing, varied display screens users viewed on.
4. What will happen to an order If an ordered product is no longer in stock?
During extremely busy periods it is possible to place an order for a product which may have gone out of stock. In this case, the MissLove Store reserves the right to cancel your order.
5. How to care and clean the jewelry?
Jewelry Care:

Jewelry Cleaning:
Most jewelry can be cleaned with warm water, mild dish soap (no detergents) and a soft brush. A pulsed-water dental cleaning appliance and a soft, lint-free cloth can also be used. Be sure to rinse your jewelry in a glass of water to remove cleaning solutions since you risk losing loose stones – or even an entire piece of jewelry - if you rinse directly in the sink.
