How to place an order?
To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log in to an existing account, or fast check out. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation.
How to pay for an order?
You can pay using MissLove Gift Card, MissLove E-Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.
How to track an order?
When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the parcel service website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
How to amend or cancel an order
Orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be amended and cancelled. For further assistance, please contact our MissLove Customer Service Center  (Mon – Friday: 8:30AM – 6PM EST; Saturday: 8:30-12:30AM) or email at service@misslove.com.
